Quality Manufacturing
Longevity Mountain herbs and extracts start with only the
finest pharmaceutical raw herbs. All raw herbs are inspected
for herbicides, pesticides, heavy metals, and any other harmful
substance. Those that do not pass are rejected and destroyed.
Every herb is positively identified in our manufacturer’s laboratory using the finest scientific instruments and procedures available in the world today. Thin Layer Chromatography is used to identify the species of plant and its active compounds.
The extraction process takes place in a clean-room environment using only purified softened water to prevent any contamination of our products. Essential oils are captured in condensation tubes and reintroduced to the extract so that none of the full spectrum active ingredients are lost in the extraction process.
The extracted liquid is further concentrated using low temperature vacuum evaporation that prevents compromising the potency of the herbs. The product is then placed in a closed chamber protected against cross contamination where it is processed to produce fine granules.
It takes 5 pounds or more of raw herbs to make 1 pound of our full spectrum herbal extract resulting in a minimum 5:1 concentration. Our ginseng extract is 15:1 as an example. Our products contain the highest concentration and potency available from any source.
Longevity Mountain herbs and extracts are processed to ensure
the same concentration, potency, purity, and safety in every
batch. Our manufacturer uses High Performance Liquid Chromatography,
Thin Layer Chromatography, and Liquid-Column Chromatography
for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Our Taiwan manufacturing plant strictly adheres to GMP manufacturing practices, which meet or exceed Western pharmaceutical standards. |
